Frequently asked questions
You can make an appointment in three ways:
- Online booking via Health24
Starting from November 24, appointments for CT and MRI can only be made online through the Health24 mobile app or website.
- Please do not create multiple appointments for the same examination. This limits availability for other patients and increases waiting times.
- Appointment confirmation for CT/MRI is provided only after a phone call from our operator. If the patient does not answer the call three times, the appointment is automatically cancelled and the slot becomes available for other patients.
- Online booking for CT and MRI is available only for patients who have an electronic referral from their attending physician.
- by calling the Call Center (044) 334-64-18 Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 16:30.
To avoid long waiting times when calling the Call Center, we recommend calling in the second half of the day, when the phone lines are less busy.
- in person at the Institute’s reception (outpatient department) Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 16:00 (Kyiv, 33/43 Yuliia Zdanovska Street)
An electronic referral from your family or attending doctor is required for booking via the Call Center or in person at the reception.
